Physio-pilates
Fysio-Pilates combines physiotherapy with Pilates principles. You receive a personalized program that aligns with your capacity, complaints, and goals - ideal for (complex) issues that require extra attention. We work with Pilates equipment and materials, where you learn to move safely and controlled with support or resistance. We complement this with coaching and clear exercises for home, so you can move better in daily life as well. After each session, you often feel lighter and freer in your movements. With multiple sessions, you build more control and body awareness. Fysio-Pilates was developed in collaboration with Leila’s Pilates, incorporating her 30 years of experience into our approach.
