Rates and contracts 2025
Contracts
We have concluded contracts with all health insurers for the year 2025. This means that your treatment by us will be billed directly to your health insurer, provided you have supplementary insurance. If you do not receive reimbursement from your health insurer, the treatments will be at your own expense.
So-called 'chronic conditions' with a referral from the doctor are reimbursed by the basic insurance after the 20th treatment.

All prices are exclusive of VAT.
Practice rates as of 1-1-2025 for patients who are not, or not sufficiently insured for physiotherapy.
Payment conditions
Treatments that are reimbursed by your health policy will be billed directly to your health insurer by us.
You will receive an invoice from us if it turns out afterwards that a) you are not insured for treatment; b) the health insurer has a reason not to pay the treatment invoices.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Then we do not have to send you a bill for this.
In case of late cancellation or failure to keep your appointment, the treatment will be charged.
You will receive your invoices from us digitally via your email. Make sure to provide an email address that you check regularly when registering.
